A 44 -year -old Florida man was arrested after putting himself in a foreigner in Davenport to avoid returning to his angry wife. The man, identified as Joe, reportedly stayed in the house for several days, cooked meals and even went on a luxury bath.
At that time, the owner of the house was gone and the neighbor who was asked to watch the property was noticed on June 9. They worry about the Sheriff Office of the Polk district.
When the deputies arrived, they found a man who cooks dinner and fresh from the tub.
Sheriff’s office said in his statement that Joe admitted that he had no permission to be inside. “Not only did he not have to be there, but he also had no idea who owned the house,” they added.
He told officers that he was fighting with his wife four days ago and did not want to face her, so he decided to hide in someone else’s house.

Joe was arrested and charged with crime of unarmed burglary, a petit offense and home batteries.
A similar incident took place in March 2023, when a woman in Seattle discovered burglary in her house. The intruder reportedly entered the window. After seeing him, she called the emergency services. The officers arrived and, after receiving any answer, they found that the man was in the bathtub.
