The state has embarked on an ambitious journey to mapping its development plan for the next decade through Vision 2031, a comprehensive plan aimed at building fair, inclusive and forward.
The state -level seminar as part of the initiative of the Ministry of Social Justice was launched on Friday by the Minister of Social Justice by R. Binda, who stressed that Keralo’s development model must prefer its most vulnerable communities.
The Vision 2031 framework is in 2031 in accordance with the 75th anniversary of the state formation and seeks to redefine politicians across several sectors.
According to Dr. The Bindu will integrate the expert knowledge of the solution of the rapidly changing socio -economic order, demographic transitions and global frames of human rights.
“We are determined to reinterpret social justice through the right -based approach and to use new technologies and participant models of administration,” the minister said.
In the plan, five areas of priority areas would see renewed focus: social care for disabilities, care with older, transgender law, probation services and institutions for social care education.
Dr. Binda noted that the Ministry of Social Justice would be promoted as a node agency to ensure comprehensive, coordinated interventions. “Until 2031, the state is aimed at building just social security measures that can serve as the main principles of administration.”
During the seminar, the Special Secretary of the Ministry, Adeel Abdulla, introduced the Ministry’s work review over the past nine years, followed by a formal submission of a policy proposal.
The event also represented the issue of the Vision 2031 logo and the ANPU logo, a three -month campaign designed for people with intellectual challenges. The thematic song of the campaign, written by the poet Rafeeq Ahammed, was also introduced.
Pravation discussions concerned five thematic areas-inheritance of disabilities, seniors’ welfare, gender justice, functioning of institutions for social security and probation reform. Recommendations from these discussions will be consolidated in the final document on Vision 2031 policy.
The seminar dealt with the participation of legislators, politicians, academics, activists and civil society leaders, with more than 1,000 delegates.
