
The Ministry of Culture will organize the Vision 2031 Cultural Seminar at KT Mohammed Theatre, Kerala Sangeetha Nataka Akademi, in Thrissur on November 3. Revenue Minister K. Rajan will inaugurate the seminar, which is part of a series of state-level seminars organized by the government to visualize the progress of the state, which will be 75 years since its formation.
Higher Education Minister R. Bindu will deliver the keynote address and P. Balachandran, MLA will be the chief guest. The session will focus on two main themes: ‘Secularism, Humanism and Cultural Diversity’ and ‘Kerala: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow – From Renaissance to Nava Kerala: The Contribution of People’s Governments’.
Culture Minister Saji Cherian will lead the closing session.
The seminars will feature prominent speakers including Kenhahammed, Swami Sandpanandagri, Prime Minister Narayanan, Anil Chelembro, Rafeeq Ibrahim, and Ajayakukukumar, C. Ravenendrantha, TD Ramakrishnan, CS Chandrika, Matdirika and Juju P. Alex.
Leading personalities from the political, social and cultural spheres are expected to participate. The event will conclude with a dance performance titled ”Ente Keralam” by students of Kerala Kalamandalam.
