Former Indian Wicketkeeper-Batsman Parthiv Patel urged Vijay Hazare’s trophies to maintain their condition from the upcoming international challenges. Patel, who spoke exclusively on the PTI, emphasized the importance of consistent game time for two devotees, especially with the ODI World Cup two years away.
“Two years is a long time and nowadays there are not many ODI games,” Patel explained. “Previously, when players used to receive 20-25 games a year, it was easier to stay on the role. Now it’s a completely different challenge-to grow fit match without so many opportunities.”
Patel believes that playing in Vijay Hazare Trophy, Indian premiere domestic one -day tournament, Kohli and Rohit would provide a much -needed competitive rhythm. “It is not an example or forcing them to play. Participation in Hazare trophy will help their own game, which eventually benefits the Indian cricket team,” he added.
A forty -year -old man, who is currently a media scientist during the Indian test series against West India, also considered the dynamics of leadership in the Indian team. When Shaubman Gill quickly appeared as a captain with multiple formats, Patel said that leading older players like Kohli and Rohit should not be worried about the young captain.
“I don’t think it will be a problem because of the kind of characters that are virat and Rohit,” Patel said. “Varat became a captain when Mrs. Dhoni still played, so he understands the role of seniors in the care of a new leader. Similarly, Rohit has also gone through this phase. Both are advanced players who understand the decision to improve the Indian cricket.
The patel, who worked closely with Gill and also served as a coach for Gujarat Titans in IPL, appreciated the assertiveness of the young captain and inclusive style of leadership. “Shubman is preparing well, is crucial and has” yes or no “access without” maybe “,” he said. “He is flexible and open designs – exactly the qualities you want with the captain.”
When the Indian cricket team navigates the transition with developing leaders and experienced stars, the Patel’s council to maintain its form through home cricket and Harmony’s support excels as a valuable insight into the journey forward.
