Members of the Association of Government Nurses Tamil Nadu (TNGVHWA) and the village, sector and community nurses presented a SIT-in protest near the district collector complex here to seek their requirements.
Among other things, the Association demanded the occupation of vacancies Village Health Nurse (VHN) in the State, providing neighborhoods without rent for NUSES and promotion of Women at the 1st degree.
“Services provided by trained VHNS in time are necessary to protect the life of the mother and the child. Therefore, we ask the authorities concerned to first occupy unoccupied contributions,” said K. Komathi, State President, TNGVHNWA.
