Viksit Bharat Rojgar Yojana: Insantics for the first employees
This system provides an incentive for the first employees in the private sector. According to details, those who enter the labor market will receive £15,000 from the government.
Eligibility:
- Paid employees make money £1 Lakh are eligible.
- The employee must connect to the EPFO-registered equipment in 01.08.2025 to 31.07.2027 (both data including).
- It must not be a member of the EPFO or the liberated trust before 01.08.2025.
- The EPF contribution should be received from August 2025 or later.
- The employee must remain continuously employed in the same facility for at least 6 months. ”

Employee gets motivation in two installments:
Overall motivation: until £15 000 (equal to the monthly EPF wage).
