Vijayawada Hospital won two awards

Manipal Hospital, Vijayawada was felicitated at the sixth edition of ET Healthcare Awards 2026, winning the ‘Hospital of the Year – Organ Transplantation – South’ category.

The hospital said in a release that it was recognized for its expertise in organ transplantation and multidisciplinary clinical care at an awards ceremony held on September 11. The hospital’s transplant program includes heart, liver, kidney transplant services and other specialized transplant services.

Another recognition was GV Reddy, Principal Consultant Orthopedics and Robotic Joint Replacement Surgery, Manipal Hospital, Vijayawada, who was awarded the Orthopedic Surgeon of the Year – South award.
