Political activity in the Congress camp has intensified when several leaders lobbied for ministerial berths, including MLC Vijayashanti and Addanki Dayakar.
Mrs. Vijayashanthi, a popular film actor, was created by Flutter apparently looking for an anchorage of the cabinet when she met AICC Telangana on Sunday to charge Meenakshi Natarajan. Her request surprised many within the party, especially because her nomination for the legislative council itself was an unexpected step.
The actor switched to the BJP congress just before the elections and was largely inactive during the campaign. Her MLC nominations were perceived by how her strong links to the leaders in the new Delhi were driven rather than the local involvement.
Another candidate, Addanki Dayakar, also met Mrs. Natarajan looking for an anchorage of the cabinet and explained his role in the agitation of Telangana. Loyalist of Chief Minister Revantha Reddy, Mr. Dayakar, was a loud critic of the former CM K. Chandrashekar Rao and remained with the Congress persistent through Maxim and Minima for the last 10 years.
Meanwhile, Bhongir Chamala Kiran Reddy stood up for a more balanced representation in the cabinet, suggesting that ministerial positions would be distributed on the basis of parliamentary constituencies to ensure fair regional representation. Its attraction is considered to be supported by Munugode MLA Komatiredy Rajagopal Reddy.
Congress sources said MLC and deputies from various regions, along with the leaders of constituents, also met Mrs. Natajan during her review of three key constituents. The AICC responsible is expected to present a detailed report to the main command of the Constitution of the TPCC Executive Committee and the Loyal party.
