Vijay Malllya, an Indian entrepreneur based in London, said he knew nothing about it against him or any changes in it.
Malllya, former Kingfisher Airlines chief, faced more fees for fraud in India, opened in a four -hour interview with Podcaster Raj Shamani. In the podcast, which was issued on Thursday, Malllya was asked for the 2015 (LOC) area (LOC) by the Central Investigation Office (CBI) against it and subsequent changes in it.
“I don’t know anything about any look at the circle circle. I went in and out several times and I never had a problem,” Mallya Shamani said.
Last November 2015, CBI released a fresh location against Mallly in November 2015 and asked the airport authorities across the country to “inform him” of Mallya movements. The central agency was replaced by a previous circular trying to detain entrepreneurs if he tried to leave the country.
Malllya left the country in March 2016 to Great Britain, where he legally attacked the publication ordered by the British government.
Background: Change in 2015 LOC
In September 2018, CBI said that the change in 2015 LOC against Malllya from “detention” for only informing about his movement was a “mistake” in judgment because he worked in the probe and there was no order against him.
The CBI sources said in 2018 that when the first LOC was released on October 12, 2015, Malllya was already abroad.
The central agency sources said that November 24, 2015, there is no need to arrest or detain him when he returned from London when he was a seated deputy and there was no order against him. By May 2016, Malllya was a member of Parliament (MP) Rajya Sabha.
Resources quotes reported that the Central Agency only wanted information about its movements. In addition, the probe was in the initial phase and CBI gathered documents from IDBI in £900 Crore Planicky case, they said.
What is the LOC?
Outlap outlook (LOC) is an announcement issued by immigration authorities at airports, marine ports and land borders that will alert them to individuals whose travel could be limited or which could be detained.
LOC basically warning system that prevents individuals from entering or leaving the country. LOC is often issued to prevent people from escaping from a criminal investigation or avoiding arrests.
On April 9th, Malllya lost an appeal against an order in the London High Court in case of more than more than £11 101 crore debt to creditors, including the state bank India (SBI).
I don’t know anything about the sight of the circle circle. I went in and out several times and I never had a problem.
Malllya has lived in London since the escape from India in 2016. After the collapse of his extinct Kingfisher Airlines was involved in a long legal battle with creditors and Indian authorities.
