Vijay inspects MC Raja, the MBC student hostel in Chennai

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay conducted an inspection at the MC Raja Social Justice Hostel in Saidapet on Friday.

When Mr. Vijay reached the hostel in the evening, he inspected various parts of the facility and spoke to the hostel residents about the facilities available. He listened to a student who drew attention to the quality of the food, the lack of toilets and the insufficient number of surveillance cameras. Subsequently, Mr. Vijay also inspected the hostel for Most Backward Classes (MBC) government college students.

He was accompanied by Social Justice Minister Vanni Arasu, Backward Classes Social Welfare Minister V. Sampath Kumar and senior officials from these departments.
