“Stray dogs will be released back to the same area after sterilization and immunization, with the exception of those infected with rabies or manifesting aggressive behavior,” the court ordered.
The court ordered that no public feeding dogs should be allowed and dedicated feed spaces for stray dogs would be created.
It ordered MCD (municipal company in Delhi) to create feed areas in municipal departments.
