The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted a very heavy rain in the northern districts of Kerala on Friday.
IMD issued an orange alert for Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur and Karagod on Monday. She also issued an orange alert for the districts of Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur and Karagod on Tuesday.
She also issued a yellow warning of recognition, Neest, Kozhikode, Wire, Kannur and Weddings for May
In addition, IMD predicted thunderstorms and strong winds at 30 to 40 km / h in isolated places in Kerala from Friday to Tuesday.
Orange alert means very heavy rain 11 cm to 20 cm and yellow alert means strong precipitation between 6 cm and 11 cm.
