The Special Court for Criminal Cases against the former and current deputies and the MLA, which was expected to express a judgment on Wednesday in the event of a rape against former member of Hassan Prajwal Revanna, postponed the case until 1 August.
The court, if a 48 -year -old woman who worked as a help on the Gannikad family farm in Hassan, was reportedly raped twice and closed the law recorded by his mobile phone on July 18, and Judge Santosh Gajanan Bhat reserved the case for orders on Wednesday.
On Wednesday, however, he learned to seek clarification of certain matters and asked for a document concerning the case and postponed the case until 1 August.
