
The Minister of Animal Breeding and a series K. Venkatesh urged the center to spend some taxes collected from the sale of tobacco to support tobacco farmers.

He warned tobacco farmers against cultivating the second tobacco crop in the same season. When farmers realize that the tobacco crop does not reach the ceiling determined by tobacco, many farmers resort to re -planting. He warned farmers of such practice.
Mijura MP Yadveer Krishhnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar emphasized the need to reduce the high cost of producing tobacco by accepting modern technologies.
