34 -year -old Officer Viduthaigal Katchi (VCK) was found on Wednesday near Tasmac’s ascent in the village of Avarampalayam in Vellore.
The police said the deceased was identified as K. Sarathkumar, who led the working wing of VCK in the village. The initial investigation revealed that Sarathkumar left his house in anger after his family refused to give him money to consume liqueur. When he failed to return home, his family and friends searched him on Wednesday and found their injured body.
They pointed out the Ariyur police station, located near Tasmac Outlet. The body was moved to the Government Faculty of Medicine in Vellore for Post Mortem. The police analyze the CCTV footage on the way to narrow the suspect in the incident.
