Bowling coach Rajasthan Royals Shane Bond said that the sensation of adolescents Vibhav SuryavANSHi was handed over to the team’s “license”, strategies designed to educate rather than limiting his exceptional talent.

“It’s a bit of a license to go out and just play, which has done a wonderful job so far, really, for a fourteen -year -old,” Bond said at a press conference before Rajasthan’s clash with Kolkata Knight.
Former New Zealand Pacer emphasized the importance of simplicity in coaching such a young player. “I think coaching staff with Vibhav did not try to complicate things too much,” he said. “He missed the last game, but you really don’t want to panic with someone so young.”
Instead of putting pressure on the young man, the team’s approach was concentrated around patience, clarity and emotional support. Bond stressed that the auxiliary coach Vikram Rathhour helps SuryavANSHim to understand bowling patterns and gaming situations, but besides being planned to let him be – and just play his natural game.
“He’s obviously a seriously talented player, but he’s still a child. So he’s learning on the go. We’ll be really patient with him because you have to be,” Bond said.
Bond, drew from personal experience as a parent, acknowledged challenges of navigation of fame, travel and media control at such a tender age. “As if I had a sixteen-year-old son and he’s a teenager, so we’re just trying to educate (VAIBHAV) about things around and take care of him-to protect him from social media and all the traps that come up with how he started.”
Despite the early success and the reflector that follows, Bond appreciated the temperament and the inner gravel of the young man. “She’s a nice child, I really like it. He’s quiet and I love my determination and confidence. The way he has played so far was spectacular.”
