Seer from Veraashaiva Lingayat Panchamasali Jagadguro Peetha in Harihar Sri Vachananand Swami emphasized the need to implement a uniform reservation policy for all Veerashaiv Lingayat fraud because only community members will feel one.
When a press conference in Hubball addressed on Tuesday, the hanger asked how the community would remain unified if the members of only a few subsoil gain the benefits of reservation and the others will remain deprived.
In order to decide how the members of the community should mention during the general census, the leaders of the leaders of 18 districts in the state and more than 80 fortune tellers will soon be convened, he said.
Seer said that the Veerashaiva Lingayat community was mentioned in the Central List of the CITC. “Previously, there was no mention of the term Panchamasali in the list of the state. The announcement of the Bulletin was issued when it was the main Minister of BS Yediyuppa,” he said.
Regarding the issue of reservation for the community, he said that on the one hand, a number of agitations are held and planned, while on the other hand a legal battle is underway.
Vachanand Swami explained that the community is against the snippets of the benefits of reservation of other communities. “Our struggle is for social justice and it is our constitutional law. In 10 countries of the country, the percentage of the reservation increased and we are also looking for the same,” he said.
On Dharmasthaly, he said that systematic attacks were carried out on the Hindu religion. He said he smelled the development and he would support Dharmasthal Dharmadhikari when he started several works focused on society.
