Sacchidananda Mishhr, 25 years old, from Uttar Pradesh, succumbed to his injury after rushing to Barasat Medical College and the hospital.
“Investigations are underway. Experts are investigating the situation,” said Atish Biswas, another superintendent police in Barasat.

“This is the result of a sponsoring terrorist organization of West Bengal. In West Bengal, no one is safe,” said Mr. Adhikari.
