Mr. Adityanath added, “Chinese kite string is completely banned and its continued availability is a matter of grave concern. All police officials across the state should launch intensive raids.” During these rides, strict vigilance will be maintained not only in the sale, but also in the storage and transportation of Chinese kite string.
“CM Yogi has ordered a special nationwide campaign to completely disrupt the supply chain of Chinese kite string. He has also ordered that the progress of this campaign and the measures taken be regularly reviewed at the highest level to ensure that there is no laxity at any stage,” the statement further said.
