Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Sunday, June 22, that Israel was approaching his strategic goals after a number of high -ranking American air strikes on Tehran’s nuclear infrastructure.
“I have no doubt that this is a regime that wants to erase us, so we have embarked on this operation to eliminate both specific threats of our existence: nuclear threat and threat of ballistic missile,” Netanyahu said, addressed reporters.
“We are moving step by step to achieve these goals. We are very, very close to their completion.”
He stressed that the campaign would end only after meeting these goals. “We will not perform our actions beyond what is needed to achieve them, but we will not end too early,” he added.
“We will not be drawn to the war on wear”
Netanyahu made it clear that Israel is avoiding to block the long -term conflict. “We will not drag into the war on wear, but we will not finish the campaign prematurely,” he said.
He also revealed that Israel’s news has new knowledge: “We have interesting Intel on the site of an Iranian 60% enriched uranium,” he said, suggesting that further strikes could be immediate.
Netanyahu prays for Trump on strikes
Hours after the strikes visited Netanyahu the western wall in Jerusalem to pray for US President Donald Trump, whose administration allowed the bombing of Iranian nuclear places.
In a video released by the Western Wall Heritage Foundation, Netanyahu prays with his wife Sara and puts a handwritten note into the wall. “Bless, protect and help the President of the United States, Donald Trump, who took on himself to pull out evil and darkness in the world,” he prayed.
Trump: “Iran must now close peace”
President Donald Trump, who authorized strikes in the Midnight Hammer operation, prevented the decision and warned Iran against retaliation.
“The key Iranian nuclear enrichment equipment has been completely and completely smoothed.
He added an eccentric warning: “Either there will be peace or will be a tragedy for Iran.”
The US Army brings a devastating wound
The Pentagon confirmed that the B-2 bombers dropped the key nuclear devices of Iran, including Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan. While Iran and Iaea said there was no radiation leak, the Pentagon said that the facility had suffered “permanent, extremely serious damage and destruction”.
Iran condemns us, promises a reaction
Iranian President Masoud Pezshkian warned: “Americans must receive an answer to their aggression,” in the notes of French President Emmanuel Macron.
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi described an American attack as a violation of international law and the UN Charterwarning against “dangerous consequences”.
“Warm and injustice in Washington is exclusively and fully responsible for the dangerous consequences and far -reaching consequences of its aggression,” Araghchi said, adding that he would fly to Moscow to coordinate with Russia.

US says diplomacy still on the table
Despite the aggressive strike, Trump’s administration signaled openness to diplomacy. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio abstained whether the US would react by military force if Iran tried to close the Hormuz Strait or if the Iranian Proxy groups focused on oil infrastructure. “I won’t take the opportunities from the president, that’s not something we’re talking about when it comes to immediate.”
Rubio acknowledged that while such a step would affect the US, it would have much greater consequences worldwide – especially for China.
“That would be the suicide part (Iranian) part, because I think the whole world would be against them if he did,” Rubio said.
