
The train engine derailed at Aishbagg Junction (ASH) in Lucknow on Wednesday reportedly due to a malfunction in the engine wire, he said.
After the incident, the railway protection forces (RPF) and railway workers reached the site. Meanwhile, the train movement was affected.

According to the details, the incident occurred when the train passed through the hill between the railway stations Huruk and Agor. When the section was crossed, the pilot saw a huge hill of the debris on the track and tried to stop the train. However, two engine wheels derailed.
After receiving information about the incident, the team of railway staff with the division railway manager (DRM) reached the place and was immediately deployed to remove the debris.
Not only that, a week later, the Aspecial Train on the way from Muzaffarpur to Pune, met with derailment near the Muzaffarpur railway station after his engine left the tracks.
The officials then stated that the engine passed through the process of routine setting when three pairs of wheels derailed.
