In her complaint, her wife said that her husband, identified as Shivam Ujjwal, wanted her to look like Nora Fatehi.
The husband allegedly began to push her to practice three hours every day. According to the Times of India, if it is unable to exercise for three hours every day, it will not get food.
She claimed that she insisted to spend three hours in the gym daily. If she didn’t go to the gym, she would have prevented her from eating, so she wouldn’t pick any weight.
Ujjwal is the profession of a government teacher of physical education.
The woman said she married Ujjwal 6 March 2025. According to The Navbharat Times, she said she was at normal height and fair skin, but her husband and sister -in -law regularly mock her for her physical appearance.
She claimed that her husband had mocked her about her physical appearance and said, “That she could get a beautiful girl like Nora Fatehi”.
The woman claimed that her husband was very interested in other girls and watched inappropriate pictures and videos of other girls on social media.
“Secretly given abortion pills”
The woman also claimed that when she became pregnant, she had secretly received abortion pills.
“Two months ago, I found out that I was pregnant. I shared it with my father -in -law, which showed no interest. One day my husband gave me a pill that I later explored online and discovered that it was used for abortion,” she said in her complaint.
She also claimed that her sister -in -law also began to bother her for the dowry. When their demand was not satisfied, they began to torture her mentally and physically, according to Navbharat Times.
According to the NDTV India report, the woman said at the wedding giving the girl’s family a jewelry worth £16 Lakh, Mahindra Scorpio worth £24 lakh, and £10 Lakh in cash to sister -in -law. She said it probably £76 Lakh was spent at the wedding.
The police reportedly registered the case against the husband of a woman, a brother -in -law, a father -in -law and a brother -in -law in this matter and investigates others.
