The Minister of Industry and TG Bharath, the Government General Hospital (GGH), will be developed at the same level by 2029. “Although the state is facing a serious financial limitation, we overcome and develop GGH on the corporate hospital lines,” Mr. Bharath said.
Mr. Bharath, in the presence of the district collector P. Ranjith Basha and other hospital authorities, was inaugurated on Tuesday by 2D Echo Color Doppler machine in the cardiological wing of GGH. A machine that costs approximately 61 lakh 61 ₹ can diagnose heart -related problems in patients, including the months of old infants. The machine was purchased using funds for the development of a medical university.
The Minister said that the main Minister N. Chandrababa Naida and the Minister of Health Satya Kumar Yadav are trying to develop a hospital on super-specificity. Satya Kumar Yadav is expected to visit 19 April newly designed hospitals and a research center.
Superintendant GGH K. Venkateshwarl said that the current machine in the hospital can only diagnose health problems between persons over 15 years. New equipment will also allow doctors to diagnose health problems in infants. The Director of Kurnool Medical College Chitti Narasamma said that the new machine would also help diagnose heart valve problems, making it a vital tool for cardiac care.
