UNNATHI overseas scholarship system, which allows students planned caste and backward classes to study abroad with the assistance of overseas education provided by the Ministry of Development SC/ST, is a mirror that has been lasted at Keral’s socio-economic development, said Chief Minister Pinaayi Vijayan.
