
Police NTR Commissioner investigating alleged fraud of employment in the public service Commission Andhra Pradesh (AppSC) stated that unskilled persons evaluated the answers to Group I exams.
According to the instructions of the High Court Andhra Pradesh, to abolish the digital evaluation process and take over the manual evaluation, then the Minister AppsC and IPS P. Sitarama Anjaneyulu officer reportedly entrusted this task in December 2021.
The director of the company, P. Madhusudhan Rao, was involved in about 66 people, many of whom were not qualified for this purpose.
“Among those who evaluated the answers were teachers of private schools, lecturers, data award operators and officials. They also signed the answers as examiners and controllers,” the investigative officer said.
The evaluation process was carried out in the Hailand Resorts in the Guntur district for three months, violated the AppsC rules, the alleged assistant to the Commissioner of the Police ABG Tilak, who is investigating the case.
Mr. Anjaneyulu allegedly continued this process, although several officers explained that the evaluation of answers to private positions by private individuals was against the rules and that it should be entrusted to professors and assistance to professors working at government universities / universities.
There were no supervisory cameras in the evaluation camp and the government paid a private agency of 1,14 GBP for performing manual evaluation, the act said.
After complaints about filling 169 jobs in the Services of Group I, the police registered Suryaraopet under the NTR Commissioner Case according to IPC 409 (criminal violations), 477-A (falsification of accounts), 120-B (criminal conspiracy) and 420 (cheating).
The police have so far doubted 21 witnesses in this case and arrested Mr. Sitaram Anjaneyulu and Mr. Madhusudhan Rao.
