
Ukraine rejected Russian demands on new progress to its eastern Dnipropetrovský region and identified the movement slowly and insignificant, although Moscow offered it as a significant breakthrough.
Lieutenant col. Oleksanddr, commander of the southern front of Ukraine, said from Frontline City Mezhov:
“They progress slowly, very slowly but progress. They could say that the whole Ukraine belongs to them.
The command of the Ukrainian Southern Army also acknowledged Russian intentions to push the West, but emphasized the continuing defense:
“Russia does not give up its intentions to enter the Dnipropetrov region, but our warriors bravely and professionally hold their part of the front line.”
Despite the bombing overnight killed by one civilian, officials stressed that morality remained solid.
Russia claims that the first entry into the Dnipropetrov region
Previously, the Russian Ministry of Defense claimed that its tank forces had pushed the western border of the self-administered People’s Republic of Donetsk and launched an offensive to Dnipropetrovsk-Hlavní Industrial and Mining Node with a pre-war population of 3 million.
