Rayner, who also held a portfolio of housing secretaries, resigned after adopting an insufficient tax on a new home that she recently bought on the south coast of England.
Who will replace Lammy?
As part of the transformation, the Minister of Innozo Yvette Cooper moves to replace Lammy as a foreign minister in a foreign, social and development office (FCDO) and British Shabana Mahmood, which will be promoted to the domestic office as part of a large resetting at the highest level of the government.
What is the number of tax payments
Rayyr, 45, a powerful leader within the Labor Party, handed over his resignation after accelerating an independent ethical investigation, concluded that she had violated the ministerial code by not seeking specialized tax counseling to ensure that she had paid the right stamp on the assets.
Starmer expressed regret that he had lost his Supreme Minister after Sir Laurie Magnus, his independent advisor to ministerial standards, reported that his representative could not be considered “the highest possible standards of proper behavior” and therefore violated the ministerial code of behavior.

“You were right to turn to an independent advisor to ministerial advisors and the right to act according to its conclusions,” he said in a rare hand -written letter in response to Raynener’s resignation.
“I am very sad in a personal note that I am losing you from the government. For many years you have been a trustworthy colleague and a real friend. I have nothing but admiration and huge respect for your politics,” Starmer said, adding the “main character” in the Labor Party.
More about Rayner
Rayyr, a member of the Parliament of the Labour for Ashton-Under-lyne, in northern England, who also held an influential place of the Ministry of Housing, communities and local administration, said it deeply regretted its decision not to look for other specialized tax counseling. “
“I would like to take advantage of this opportunity and repeat that it has never been my intention to do nothing but pay the right amount. I must also consider significant tolls that the continuing pressure of the media accepts my family,” she told the Prime Minister.
The letters were released 10 Downing Street together with Starmer’s letter by Laurie Magnus, who described his conclusion as “very unfortunate”.
“She (Rayyr) believed that she relied on the legal advice she received, but unfortunately she did not pay caution in it, which recognized that it did not represent expert tax counseling and indicates that the expert advice will be sought,” he wrote.
He Added: “I Believe MS Rayyr Has Acted with Integrity and With and Dedicated and Exemplary Commitment to Public Service. I Consider, However, That Her Unfortunate Failure to Settle Her SDLT Establoyed only following Intensive Public Scrutiny, Leads Me To Advisis You That
“In accordance with this, it is with a deep regret that I have to inform you that under these circumstances I consider the Code to be a violation.”
At the beginning of this week, after weeks of intensive media coverage, Rayyr revealed a complex arrangement with her former husband about the care of her son with disabilities involving another property that remains a family house.
As part of the requirements for a stamp for home buyers in England, anyone who buys a second property is expected to pay another surcharge.
Rayner initially classified her new seaside apartment in Hove as a primary residence, which would only be subject to the basic level of wheels. However, due to another family house that is held in trust for its son, it owed the tax authorities to £ 40,000 more than it previously calculated.
