Attalokayukta B. Veerappa sharply attacked inefficient government officers and warned them against the start of the event during his three -day visit to the Raichur district, which was closed on Saturday.

Mr. Veerappa described the corruption as the greatest enemy and stated that there would be zero tolerance to corruption. “The action against inefficient and corrupt officers will be very hard,” he said during the program.
Deputy Commissioner Nitish K., who was present at the meeting of public complaints, said that corruption and inefficiency in government offices and departments were exposed to Zatokayuk and such immoral practice of government officials should end.
“If government officials accept a bribe from the public, it has an impact on the whole department, because people will consider it completely corrupt,” he said.
