A two-day national conference on Comprehensive Crop Management Using Drone Technology in Agriculture (CCMDTA) will be held at the Farmers Knowledge Center of the University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad, from Thursday.
The conference will be opened by the Chief Technology Officer of Aequs Ltd. Ravi Guttal, while ICAR-Central Institute of Agricultural Engineering Bhopal VP Chaudhary will deliver the keynote address.
UAS Vice Chancellor PL Patil will preside over the inaugural function.
Four technical sessions will be organized during the conference, where leading scientists from various research institutions will discuss and share research results.
The conference is organized under the auspices of the RKVY Project on Drone Technology, the report said.
