Two unidentified terrorists were killed when the army foiled an infiltration attempt along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kupwara district, officials said on Saturday (Nov 08, 2025).
Srinagar-based Chinese Army’s Chinar Corps said the operation was launched on Friday (November 7) based on specific intelligence inputs from agencies about an infiltration attempt in Keran sector of Kupwara.

“Suspicious activity was detected and questioned by alert forces, which led to indiscriminate firing by the terrorists,” the army said in a post on X.
“Security forces have neutralized two terrorists in an ongoing operation. The area is being searched,” it said.
