Two seriously injured in a road accident in Varkala

Two men sustained serious injuries after their two-wheeler collided with a car at Thachankonam in Varkala on Sunday evening.

The accident happened around 10:00 p.m. The injured have been identified as Sajeev, 44, and Ameen, 45, both natives of Chilakoor.

Both the motorists were initially admitted to Varkala taluk hospital and later referred to Thiruvananthapuram Government Medical College Hospital for further treatment.
