On Sunday, two people were arrested in connection with online cricket betting in the city of Palakoll in the district of West Godavari.
At a press conference, a representative of Police Director of Narsapuram (DSP) D. Srided, he said that the accused after grasping after their betting operations were discovered in Visakhapatnam and Hyderabad. “The accused were identified as M. Venkata Rao and Y. Venkata Murali belonging to the city of Palacoll. Two laptops, 10 mobile phones and a car were confiscated,” DSP said. The police registered the case and the investigation is turned on.
