Two people died in a collision between a tractor and a motorcycle

Two people were killed when a tractor-trolley collided with their motorcycle and overturned, falling on them at Buchireddypalem village in Yerrupalem mandal of Khammam district on Sunday.

The deceased have been identified as Nagaraju, 32, of Buchireddypalem and Ramesh, 33, of Kothapalli village in NTR District of Andhra Pradesh.

The duo was returning to Buchireddypalem after their wedding in Yerrupalem when the accident occurred. The sand-laden tractor-trailer overturned on impact and fell on them, killing them on the spot, sources said.

The Yerrupalem police registered the case and started an investigation.
