
The Shivamogg court condemned two people who cheated on the Electricity Supply Company (Mescom) by creating SSLC brands and condemning them for two years of imprisonment with a 4,000 ₹ sentence.
Police Jayanagar registered the case in November 2016 against Ganesh Gowda BG and BB Girish for charging Mescom cheating when reporting for service. The case was registered according to the relevant sections of the Indian Criminal Code (IPC).
Imran Baig, who was then a sub-inspector of the Jayanagar police station, carried out an investigation and filed accusations.
The fourth other civic judge and first -class judge, Shivakumar GN, said on Wednesday 26 March. According to Section 420 IPC, they were sentenced to two years of imprisonment with a sentence of 4,000 GBP.
