The Belagavi police registered the case against three children in conflict with the law, under the Judicial Act for the juvenile and some provisions of the POCO law after a recent rape of a gang of a smaller girl.
Officers took two smaller boys to custody of charging gangs. One more escape. The alleged offense was committed on 6 May. The girls’ parents filed a complaint on May 12.
According to the complaint, they are accused of a well -known girl. They made friends with her and took her to the agricultural field based on the birthday party celebrations.
A case was registered.
