Two new industrial parks approved by Andhra Pradesh are expected to generate around 8,000 jobs in the Kuppam election district, which significantly supports the rural economy. The Minister of State Business and Industry N. Yuvaraj announced the development on Monday after an inspection meeting with officials in the Kuppam (KADA) area.
Mr. Yuvaraj said that the government is determined to provide all necessary infrastructure for the new industries. Land has already been assigned to a unit of feed for dairy products and milk and cattle feed and noted that “the dairy mother will soon establish a fruit pulp processing device” urging officials to speed up the infrastructure to meet the planned timeline.
The collector of the district district of Chittoor Sumit Kumar stressed that projects are the central point of the government of the State Government for the eradication of poverty and rural development in the KUPPAM division. “Both parks are ready to strengthen the rural economy of Kuppam and speed up the programs of sustainable livelihoods that benefit thousands of families,” he said. At the meeting were present officials of apiic, income, Panchayat Raj and Industries departments.
