Two people, including the domestic guard, were killed when they came across a bike on Monday, where they traveled in the village of Himamnagar in the village of Himamnagar, Encalo Mandal in the Khammam district, came across a bike where they traveled in the village of Himnagar in Himamnagar.
The police identified the deceased as Rajesh, 31, an outsourced employee of the Government Office in Kothagudem, and Raghupathi, 30, the home guard attached to the Kothagud Police.
The duo suffered severe injuries after being hit by an approaching SUV at high speed on the edge of Himamnagar on the Khammam-Kothagudem highway on Monday morning.
They were hurried to the hospital in Khammam, where they succumbed to injuries while they later underwent during the day.
The Encoor Police confiscated the SUV and registered the case against the vehicle driver.
