Police Sadashivanagar on Saturday afternoon charged the 33 -year -old private company and his co -worker for alleged smoking Ganja on the palace.
The duo, identified as Dheraj Ghorpade and his friend Adarsh, a private employee, parked their scooter and allegedly smoked when the police team led by Inspector Girish BP arrived.
The police found 44g Ganja and two volumes of rolling papers from the scooter boot space.
The police said the duo, which allegedly admitted to the purchase, bought drugs from Peddler. Investigations are underway, they added.
