A teacher working in his field died in a collision between two groups in Nilanga, then in the Mahari in the Latur District in what the police said on Sunday (April 27, 2025) that this was the case.
The collision took place on Saturday afternoon in the village of Aundha in connection with the procession to commemorate the anniversary of the birth of Babasahb Ambedkar, celebrating 14th April, said Kasar Sirsi police station.
“The dispute began when the procession was eliminated on Friday. On Saturday, there were discussions on argumens during the previous evening to conflict. Gurling Ashok House (38), a teacher from the Badur village working at the time, was attacked by one group who was wrong as a member of the opponent,” he said.
“House later died of serious injuries. We booked 10 people, one of whom is unidentified.
