The Regional Center of Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) in Kalaburagi will organize a two-day ‘YUKTI 2026 Regional Level Techno-Management-Cultural Fest’ from Friday.
Chief Fest Coordinator Basavaraj Gadgay and VTU Executive Council Member Mahantesh Koulgi, who addressed presspersons here on Sunday, said the event will be inaugurated by the President of Gurdwara Sri Nanak Jhira Sahib Foundation, Bidar, Sardar Balbir Singh, along with KKRTC Chairman, Arun Patil.MY, Arun Kalaburagi.
The program will be presided over by the Vice-Chancellor of VTU, Belagavi, S. Vidyashankar.
The two-day techno-management-culture festival will feature a wide range of activities, including technical competitions such as Robo Race, Coding, Ideathon, Quiz and Model Making, along with management events such as Best Manager, Marketing and Start-up challenge.
There will also be cultural and artistic events such as singing, dancing, ramp walking, photography, painting and play activities, making it a comprehensive platform for students’ talents.
Renowned singers including Rajesh Krishnan, Shamitha Malnad, Shivani Swamy, Sabri Brothers and Savaari-the fusion band will perform during two cultural events of the evening.
MLC and president of Hyderabad Karnataka Education Society Shashil Namoshi and Kalaburagi North MLA Kaneez Fatima will be the chief guests for the valedictory function.
