Police Chikkamagalur arrested two men for charging a 31 -year -old man, within a few hours of the alleged crime under the limits of the Lakkavalli police station on Friday evening.
The duo allegedly seized the victim identified as Charan, on a road near Bavikere in Tarikere Taluk before allegedly murdered. Police manager Vikram AMATH created two teams to charge the accused.
Mr. Amathe told reporters on Saturday that the police secured the defendant, identified as Santhosh and Sachin Naik.
The police superintendent said that Santosh was a brother -in -law Charan, who was arrested last year for charging his wife’s murder. Charan recently came out of a bail and Santosh murdered Charan to avenge his sister’s murder, Mr. Amathe added.
