Tulsi Gabbard, the director of the United States for National Intelligence, defended President Donald Trump by the treatment of US strikes in Iranian nuclear places, quoted new news and accused the media of trying to undermine a mission with a selective leak of information.
In the X (formerly Twitter) post (formerly Twitter), Gabbard supported Trump’s repeated assertion that US military strikes effectively “destroyed” the key nuclear devices of Iran, despite continuing doubts.
“The new intelligence confirms what @potus has said many times: Iranian nuclear devices have been destroyed,” Gabbard wrote.
“If the Iranians decide to rebuild, they would have to completely rebuild all three devices (Natanz, Fordow, Esfahan), which would probably take years.”
Her comments seem to be a direct response to recent media reports that quote a preliminary evaluation of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), which found that the strikes could only be temporarily returned by the Iranian nuclear program.
Gabbard rejected these stories and accused the media media of deliberate omitting a key context in an effort to undermine Trump’s credibility.
“Propaganda of the media has deployed its usual tactics: they selectively release parts of illegally leaked classified intelligence (deliberately omitting the fact that the evaluation was written by” low confidence “) to try to undermine the decisive leadership of President Trump and brave soldiers and women.
Gabbard’s remarks come when Trump continues to gain military operation as a turning point that led to the current ceasefire between Israel and Iran and called it the conclusion of what dubbed the “12 -day war”.
Despite skepticism from the American intelligence community and among experts in foreign policy Trump, it insisted on the strikes to “smooth” the strikes and state that they restored the “credibility of American deterrence”.
Trump Slams ‘Fake News’ on Iranian strikes of doubt, promises further attacks if Tehran rebuilt
President Donald Trump hardly prevented the success of US strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities during the NATO Summit in The Hague on Wednesday (June 25) and the railing against the “false news media” for questioning the scope of the destruction of operation and promising another military event if Iran attempts to rebuild.
Trump, who stood next to the Minister of Defense Pete Hegseth, read out loud from a letter that said it was sent by the Israeli Atomic Energy Commission, which appreciated the American operation and supported the claims of administration.
“There was a statement by the Israeli Atomic Energy Commission,” Trump said. “As you know, they are very serious people.” The devastating American strike at Fordow destroyed the critical infrastructure of the site and made enrichment devices completely non -functional. “”
“It was destroyed. We judged that US strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities have returned the ability of Iran to develop nuclear weapons for many more years,” Trump continued to read. “This success can continue for an indefinite period if Iran does not get access to nuclear material.”
Trump focuses on the media over coverage
Trump fired American media organizations, including CNN and New York Times, reporting that US intelligence has judged that the strikes could delay the Iranian nuclear program for several months.
The news report challenges Trump’s claims by the administrator of the success of the nuclear strike of Iran
The preliminary assessment of US intelligence information concluded that air strikes from June 21st in Iranian nuclear facilities were delayed by Tehran nuclear ambitions by only a few months, which is far before the extensive success claimed by President Donald Trump and his highest officials.
The findings, first reported by Reuters, quote a classified report prepared by Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), the primary news body of the Pentagon. Three sources that are with this evaluation, the inflammation of the outlet that the Iranian nuclear program could be returned “just a month or two”.
Midnight Hammer operation
The US-Operation Operations called Midnight Hammer-Byla codes launched at the weekend and included the use of 14 bombs GBU-57 “Bunker Buster”, which have fallen on B-2 stealth bombers in heavily enriched places in Ford and Natanz. In addition, more than two dozen Tomahawk rockets intervened in Isfahan, with the aim of paralyzing the Iranian ability to enrich nuclear substances.
American defense officials said the mission was designed to eliminate the ability of Iran to enrich uranium to the level of weapons. However, there are concerns that the key equipment and reserves of uranium could have been moved before strikes – dulling the overall impact.
