Tirula Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) announced the temporary relocation of the country Darshan Token, which is available in the Mettu system for devotion that is treated by Tirule.
With regard to the management of the crowd and logistics requirements, the counters will be moved to the BHUDEVI complex in Alipiri. The new arrangement will come into effect from Friday evening.
TTD Executive Director J. Syamal Rao reviewed this decision during a virtual meeting with officials on Tuesday.
The new counters in the BHUDEVI complex would be released by the wonders of Darshan to pilgrims who prefer the trek to Tirumala through the path of Srivari Metta. The tokens would be distributed on the first arrival, first served and subject to availability, from the evening of June 6 (Friday).
The devotees who acquire tokens must present their Aadhaar cards and scan them in 1200. Step on the Srivari Metta route to verify their capacity. Token released on Friday evening would correspond to the Darshan slots on Saturday.
At the same time, the tokens of the SSD (Sarva Darshan) would also be made available at the designated counters in the Alipiri Budevi complex.
In order to ensure smooth operation and dealing with safety and transport calls, Mr. RAO ordered the vigilance and safety department together with the district police to take measures in advance.
In the BHUDEVI complex, a devoted team of officers would be placed to supervise the tokens and ensure that the counters work efficiently. Clear communication and extended publicity about a temporary shift in the division of tokens were also emphasized to avoid confusion among the devotees.
TTD engineering officials have been instructed to set up robust frontal systems for effective crowds, and are admitted to ensure Annaprasadam (free food) and maintaining hygiene.
Mr. Rao also called for the active involvement of Srivari Sevaks (volunteers) to make this initiative to support support.
Among those present at the meeting were another Executive Director of CH Venkayya Chowdary, Tirupati Jeo V. Veerabrahmam, and Infarme CV & So SO district TTD and Tirupati SP V. Harshavardhan Raju.
