
The massive earthquake of 8.8 Magnitude struck the coast of Russia early on Wednesday and set off tsunami, which achieved coastal areas of Japan and Russia Kuril Islands.

In Hawaii, the inhabitants of the coast were told to reach the height or on the fourth floor or above the buildings, and the US coast patrol ordered ships from the ports as close to the tsunami.

“Expect steps! Destructive waves of Tsunami,” the Ministry of Emergency Management Honolulu said on X.
The US Coast Guard Oceania ordered all commercial vessels to evacuate the commercial ports of Hawaii and announced that all ports were closed for incoming vessel transport until the next announcement, Reuters reported.

“All ports in Hawaii have been closed for incoming vessels. The vessels passing near the Hawaiian islands or incoming to the ports of Hawaii will remain at sea until the conditions retreat,” CNN quoted the Coast Guard district of Oceania.
Shortly after 0600 GMT, the Pacific Warning Center Tsunami said that the waves of 1-1.2 meters were influenced by the Hawaiian islands.
Tsunami waves hit parts of Kamchatka, partially flooded the harbor and plant of fish processing in Sever-Kurilsk and sweeping vessels from their berths, regional officials and Russian emergency ministry said.
“Today’s earthquake was serious and powerful for decades of tremor,” said Governor Kamchatka Vladimir Solodov in a video published in Telegram Messaging. Russian scientists said it was the strongest earthquake that hit the region since 1952.
Hawaiian governor Josh Green announced that all flights to AZ Maui were canceled due to the ongoing emergency tsunami, Reuters reported.
