U.S. President Donald Trump said Wednesday he expects China to reduce fentanyl-related tariffs ahead of a meeting with South Korean leader Xi Jinping.
“I expect to reduce it because I believe they will help us with the fentanyl situation,” he told reporters on Air Force One after being asked about the tariffs.
“China will cooperate with US law enforcement on fentanyl,” he said.
