The commuters of commuting commuting stuck in a traffic jam on the airport road.
Prashant Pitti, co -founder Easemytrip, an online travel company based in Dilli, announced the benefit of the CRORE 1 GBP to develop an artificial intelligence solution that can identify traffic a bit across Bengalur.
The initiative stems from Mr. Pitti’s personal experience that he is imprisoned for 100 minutes in one zone prone to traffic jam on the outer road road, and transforms 11 km to an exhaustive two -hour experience.
He said Hindu: “The success of the project will depend on cooperation with the Transport Police Bangalore (BTP) and Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), who must provide access to their resources of traffic data and create reserved teams to implement recommendations for AI.”
He said that instead of adding to the infinite stream of transport complaints, he decided to create tangible solutions by using the recently introduction of the “Insight for Road Management” function, which is available in a large format of inquiries from April 2025 to find a logical medicine for long -term traffic calls in the city.
“This comprehensive system will integrate satellite images with machine learning algorithms to systematically identify overload points and analyze the patterns of peak timing,” he said.
Financing allocation would support hiring experienced machine learning and engineers AI and coverage of operating costs, including the use of Google Maps, satellite images, GPU sources and field testing programs. The whole solution would be designed as an open source code platform, which will allow other Indian cities to implement similar operation control systems, he added.
However, he said that the success of the project will depend on cooperation with BTP and BBMP.
Mr. Pitti also asked public support by encouraging citizens to teach with traffic authorities, called on AI professionals to contribute their expertise, and gather commuters to defend the initiative and emphasize that Indian technology deserved world -class infrastructure for their innovators and labor.
