The Minister of General Education V. Sivankutta welcomed the Supreme Court’s decision on the transfer of teachers to higher high school (HSS) at the command of Keraral of the Administrative Tribunal (KAT).
The Supreme Court divisional bench remained the order of Kat 30. April.
The government has made all efforts to complete the general transfer of higher secondary teachers to 2025-26 before the re-opening of the school 2.
Kat issued order 30 April, which could lead to a delay in the general transmission process. The Order had several inappropriate references to the General Education and Infrastructure Directorate and Technology for Education, the Technology arm of the General Education Department, which carried out the transfer, said the Minister.
The government then announced that it would approach the Supreme Court against the order.
The court of court remained at the command of Kat on Monday would prepare a trip to complete this year’s general transfer. Kite would give the provisional list on the transmission portal from May 20, the statement said.
The Minister claimed that the long -term offer for sabotation of the general transfer process. The government would resist them with strict steps, he said.
