: One -day training camp of Wikipedia Heritage will take place on Saturday (September 12, 2025) in Kozhikode from 10:00 to 17:00. The camp will connect experts and enthusiasts to discuss the importance of digital preservation of the cultural heritage of Kerala. The event organized by urban heritage in cooperation with Wikimedia Kerala, a team of keeralites who actively contribute to Wikipedia, aims to recall participants with the skills needed for the digital platforms, including Wikipedia.
The training camp will present a session on Wikipedia editing, digital narration and proven procedures for introducing a rich cultural heritage of Keraly online. Participants will have the opportunity to participate in experts and learn about the importance of maintaining historical monuments and cultural traditions at digital age, according to a press release.
