Traffic diversions announced around Jubilee Hills for H-CITI flyover, underpass work

Hyderabad Traffic Police has announced traffic diversion around Jubilee Hills Check Post, KBR Park Entrance and Mugdha Junction in view of the ongoing construction of a steel flyover and underpass under the Hyderabad City Innovative and Transformative Infrastructure (H-CITI) project.
As per the advisory issued by the Joint Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City Traffic, light traffic congestion is expected on the stretches between Mugdha Junction, KBR Park Entrance (Gate No. 1) and Jubilee Hills Check Post. Commuters have been advised to plan their journeys in advance and avoid Road No. 2, Banjara Hills whenever possible.
Motorists were urged to avoid rush hours between 8.30am and 11am and between 5pm and 9pm, follow the directions of traffic staff, use navigation apps for real-time updates and choose public transport or carpools whenever possible. Heavy vehicles were advised to avoid the affected sections during peak hours.
Traffic moving from NFCL towards SNT, Sagar Society, KBR Park Entrance, Jubilee Hills Check Post, Road No. 36, Road No. 45 and Durgam Cheruvu Cable Bridge will be diverted to SNT Junction and Sagar Society via Srinagar Colony Main Road, Indiranagar Labor Adda, Road No. 5 to Check Hill X and Veneenkatagi.
Vehicles traveling from KCP and Banjara Hills Road No. 1 towards KBR Park, Jubilee Hills Check Post and Road No. 36 will be diverted via Taj Krishna, Road No. 10, Zahira Nagar, Cancer Hospital, Agrasen Island and Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan before reaching Road No. 45 at Jubilee Hills.
Traffic from Masab Reservoir heading towards KBR Park and Jubilee Hills Checkpost will be diverted to Road No. 1/12, Banjara Hills via Agrasen Island and Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan.
Vehicles coming from Road No. 36 and 45 at Jubilee Hills towards NFCL will be diverted at Jubilee Hills Check Post via Venkatagiri, Road No. 2, Yousufguda Basti, Yousufguda Check Post, Maitrivanam, Ameerpet, Indiranagar Labor Adda and Srinagar Road Colony.
Traffic from Begumpet towards NFCL will be diverted at NFCL via Road No. 1/4 and 1/7 at Banjara Hills, Taj Krishna, Road No. 10, Zahira Nagar, Cancer Hospital, Agrasen Hospital, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan and Road No. 45 before reaching Post.
Police also advised commuters not to use the Panjagutta flyover and instead take the service road next to the flyover near Kakatiya Hotel towards Panjagutta X Roads, NFCL and Road No. 10, Banjara Hills.
