
Vehicular movement will be regulated and diverted at several places around Narayanaguda to ensure smooth traffic
The Hyderabad Traffic Police on Tuesday (October 21, 2025) issued a traffic alert in connection with the Sadar Utsav to be held at the YMCA in Narayanaguda from 7 pm on Wednesday (October 22, 2025) to 4 am on Thursday (October 23). The movement of vehicles will be regulated and diverted at several places in the vicinity to ensure the flow of traffic.
As per the notification, traffic coming from Ramkoti and Lingampalli X Roads towards YMCA will be diverted to Kachiguda X Roads towards Tourist and Sultan Bazar. Vehicles from Vittalwadi X Roads heading towards Rajmohalla Chilla will be diverted at Padmashali Bhavan towards Ramkoti X Roads.
Those coming from Old MLA Quarters and Cemetery towards YMCA will be diverted to Vittalwadi X Roads towards Ramkoti. Traffic from RTC X Roads and Crown Café towards YMCA will be diverted to Narayanaguda X Roads towards Himayathnagar Y Junction.
Similarly, vehicles from Narayanaguda X Roads towards RBVRR College will be diverted at Baba Tent House towards Crown Café. Traffic from Bagh Lingampally Colony lanes towards YMCA will be diverted towards Baba Tent House at Reddy College Junction.
Vehicles from Barkathpura Chaman towards YMCA will be diverted at Post Office Junction towards Crown Café while traffic from Crown Café towards Lingampalli X Roads will be diverted at Post Office Junction towards Barkathpura Chaman.
Motorists coming from Lingampalli X Roads and nearby colonies towards RBVRR College will be diverted at Matha Temple towards Post Office Junction. Vehicles from Kachiguda X Roads towards Post Office Junction will be diverted to Lingampalli X Roads towards Tourist Junction via Barkathpura Chaman.
Traffic from Tourist Junction towards Lingampalli X Roads will not be allowed and will be diverted towards Barkathpura Chaman.
TGSRTC buses between Secunderabad and Koti have also been advised to avoid the stretch from YMCA Circle and Narayanaguda X Roads, instead taking an alternate route via Barkathpura, Post Office Junction, Bagh Lingampally, VST and RTC X Roads.
Visitors participating in the Sadar Utsav have been asked to park their vehicles in the Keshav Memorial College grounds, which can accommodate around 400 two-wheelers and 400 four-wheelers.
The traffic police advised citizens to plan their journey accordingly and use alternative routes to avoid traffic jams.
